With a sharp strategic mindset and a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability, Robin leads transformative efforts that go far beyond housing—they empower lives, anchor neighborhoods, and create long-term opportunities for stability and equity.

At the Mueller Foundation, Robin spearheads initiatives that make homeownership not only more accessible but also more meaningful. She oversees the Foundation's homeownership operations, resale strategies, and long-term stewardship programs, ensuring that each home in the portfolio is part of a larger, lasting impact for generations to come.

Robin brings a wealth of experience to her role, with a career rooted in affordable housing and real estate consulting. Before joining the Mueller Foundation, she led HomeBase Texas, a key program administrator of the Mueller Affordable Home Program and a dynamic partner of the Foundation. As Austin Habitat for Humanity's real estate consulting and brokerage arm, HomeBase allowed Robin to blend innovation with service, building deep expertise in equitable housing solutions, policy navigation, and market strategy. Her leadership helped pave the way for scalable programs that serve real people with real needs.
